Issa Aldeeki is the founder of Aldeeki Consultancy, bringing with him over 20 years of distinguished experience in the fields of accounting and financial management. Issa graduated from Yarmouk University in 1996 with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. He began his career as an accountant at the Arab Electrical Industries Company, then moved to work as an internal auditor at Nuqul Group, before joining Numeira Mixed Salts and Mud Company (a subsidiary of Arab Potash Company), where he spent most of his professional journey as a Financial and Administrative Manager. During his tenure at Numeira, Issa was responsible for comprehensive financial planning and all accounting operations. His duties included long-term financial forecasting, budgeting, tax compliance, and overseeing all accounting functions in accordance with international standards and Jordanian laws and regulations. In addition to his financial role, Issa played a pivotal role in strategic planning and business development, working closely with senior management. His involvement extended to marketing, human resources, information technology, and other operational areas, giving him a holistic view of business management and enabling him to drive institutional growth. In January 2020, he founded Aldeeki Consultancy, a firm specialized in providing high-quality accounting services, taxation, training, business development, and consulting. He and his team pride themselves on providing personalized and professional support to clients, built on integrity, accuracy, and deep industrial insight.
